Kelli currently serves as the Executive Artistic Director of the Weidner Center in Northeast Wisconsin, where she has led the center through a major rebranding and re-envisioning of a traditional regional PAC into a fulcrum for partnership in the performing arts. Over the course of thirty-two years in the arts, Kelli has worked with small producing organizations, large presenting institutions, higher education and plenty of years as a freelance artist, teaching artist and consultant.
