SAGE is an artist advocacy organization, focusing our efforts around building a culture and thriving ecosystem for the arts in Brown County, WI. We meet to communicate opportunities, develop programming led by artists to engage the community, and offer peer to peer mentorship as it pertains to creative entrepreneurship. There is no fee to be a member of SAGE; we value talents and the purpose that each person brings to our organization. Founded in 2017, SAGE is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit determined to be accessible to all, fostering a vibrant arts culture that represents the diversity of our Midwestern city.

An arts and culture community is only as strong and unique as the people contributing to it. SAGE functions as an organization working to showcase everyone from the emerging artists to those that have brought artistic talent to this area for decades.
We also look to bring to light those that make us different. We work to orchestrate opportunities for the artist determined to bring their style, their passions, and their personal story to the table. These artists are our community. They are the very definition of “local artist”. And we owe it to our arts and culture scene to raise them up, that our city may be set apart.
